How Long does it take for me to receive my order?

Most of our order is ship the next business day if not the same day (if in stock), all order will be ship via ups (unless otherwise specified by customer), Medallion World will email a tracking number to you once the order is shipped.

How thick is the your medallions?

Medallion World medallions are 3/8” thick unlike our competitor which ship ½” thick products. Our 3/8” thick medallions are made perfectly to match our 3/8” standard tiles.

What if a piece is broken during shipment?

Our products are ship with tested packaging but in a rare case that the product is broken please notify us and we will ship out another one for you since we ship all products with insurance via UPS.

Do I need to seal my medallion?

Yes, you need to seal your medallion once you finished the installation process.

Medallions can be surrounded by wood, ceramic tile, porcelain tile and virtually any natural stone used for flooring.

Are medallions suitable for heavy traffic areas? Are medallions scratch-resistant?

Yes. With proper installation and care, medallions are suitable for high foot traffic areas. Also, in normal use, medallions are not easily scratched. However, sharp objects forcefully rubbed against any stone surface can produce scratches.
